She is also survived by two sisters, Jacqueline Lang and Nancy McKenney (Reginald); two brothers, Roy Ellis (Carolyn) and Robert Ellis; three nieces, Shannon Foster, NaTresa Franklin (Anthoney) and Crystal McKenney; two nephews, Roy Ellis, Jr. and Robert Ellis, Jr.; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Phillip Jr. and Mary Ellis; her siblings, Genell Foster and Phillip Ellis, IV. Family will receive friends on Thursday, July 3 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at FORT LINCOLN FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Bladensburg Rd., Brentwood, MD. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
