James Herschel Cook

Funeral services for James Herschel Cook, 33, of 3302 East Hargrove Road, who died Tuesday, June 28, 1983, at DCH, will be at 10 am Thursday at Hayes Chapel Funeral Home.  The Rev. Carl Wells will officiate with burial in the Woodlawn Memorial Cemetery in Nashville, TN.
