David Albert Ryan (1948-2017), a resident of Homewood, Alabama, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday August 5, 2017 at the age of 69. He was preceded in death by his mother, Wilna Jane Ryan. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Sharon Buchanan Ryan; daughter: Shelley Ryan Burton; son: Drew Ryan; Grandson: Ryan Wallis Burton; Sisters: Wanda Tingle (Louis), Gerri Prentice (Wendell), and Jane Nicholson (Jack). Visitation will be on Wednesday August 9, 2017 from 11:00 am- 1:00 pm at Ridout's Valley Chapel. Funeral services will follow visitation beginning at 2:45 at Alabama National Cemetery.
