YARBROUGH, FRANCINE FISHER age 61 of Gardendale went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 2, 2012. Fran was a loving and hard working mother. She had a giving heart and always put others before herself. She enjoyed antiquing, gardening, and decorating. Fran grew up in Tuscaloosa and was a devoted Alabama fan. She retired from Bellsouth after 34 years of devoted service. Survivors include a son, Derek (Nicole) Yarbrough and a daughter, Ashley (Chris) Eaton. She was also a proud Mimi to her grandchildren Dylan, Kinley, and Jonah. In addition, she leaves to cherish her memory a sister, Margaret (Robert) Wilson and a dear friend, Ronnie Kolter. She is preceded in death by her husband, Doug Yarbrough and her parents, Frank and Gladys Fisher. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel with burial in Oakwood Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
