COTTONDALE - Lawson "Vic" Causey Jr., age 71, of Cottondale, Ala., passed away May 4, 2020 at his home. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, May 8, 2020, at Tuscaloosa Memorial Park.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawson V. Causey Sr. and Sarah Jayne Causey.
Lawson is survived by his daughter, Emily Susanne Causey of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; sons, Michael Dirk Causey of Tuscaloosa Ala. and Jonathan Curtis Causey of Northport, Ala.; and brothers, Lewis Aubry Causey of San Diego, Calif. and Philip M. Causey of Hoover, Ala.
